Mrs. Jennifer Hicks

My name is Jennifer Hicks, and I am the proud media specialist here at Trip Elementary. I truly have the best job in the school. I love reading stories and recommending books to students. I also love helping students experience lessons and materials in many different ways. I strongly believe that reading is a shared experience and hope that you share the love of reading with those that you love.

Prior to coming to the media center, I taught fourth and first grades. I attended the University of North Georgia in Dahlogna, where I received a dual Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Ed. and Interrelated Special Ed. P-5. I later obtained my Master’s degree in School Library Media and my Specialist degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of West Georgia.

My husband, Brandon, and I have two children, Brodie and Laney. We live in Monroe. If I am not at work, you can usually find me reading a good book or traveling with my family. 

Mrs. Tiffany Walker

My name is Tiffany M. Walker. I am the Media Clerk here at Trip Elementary. I have been in education for over 20 years. This is my first year as a Ram. I am overjoyed to assist staff, teachers and students in the Media Center alongside Mrs. Hicks.

My husband and I live in Dacula, GA. I enjoy all things "crafting" and family.
